Andhra Pradesh - April 14,2025 - A powerful wave of sustainable innovation has officially unfurled in the quiet village of Tandyamvalasa. Srikakulam. Enecovery Waste Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering Indian company, announced the launch of its decentralized thermal catalytic ware-to-energy plant, marking a significant step towards cleaner energy and efficient waste management in the region.

Enecovery Waste Solution's cutting-edge system offers a revolutionary approach to waste processing. Unlike conventional methods, this plant can handle mixed waste without the need for segregation. The innovative thermal catalytic conversion technology efficiently transforms waste into valuable resources, like liquid fuel, natural gas equivalent, green carbon, and water, all while minimizing emissions

The successful implementation of similar Enecovery units by industry leaders Iike Hindalco Industries Limited in Odisha, and East Coast Railways (Indian Railways) in Mancheshwar, highlights the proven efficacy and scalability of this technology. With India generating over 150.000 tonnes of waste daily. These transformative solutions widespread implementation is imminent

At Srikakulam, with an annual waste of approximately 18,250 tonnes of waste per annum, the Tandyamvalasa plant holds the potential to significantly contribute to energy generation and resource recovery, which is as follows:

• Natural Gas Equivalent: 6.7 million kg
• Liquid Fuel: 1.02 million liters
• Green Carbon: 5.25 million kg
• Water: 4.18 million liters
• Electricity Potential: 20.3 million kWh
• Direct Employment: 30–40
• Indirect Employment: 100+ individuals
• Carbon Footprint Saving: 42 million kg (CFT)

Enecovery Waste Solutions envisions this project as a cornerstone for a range of sustainable initiatives within the community, including:

• 1. Electricity generation through renewable sources viz., solar, wind, amd hydro.
• 2. Aquaculture within the premise promoting shrimp and fish farming.
